Australian Home Renovation Drawings

I’m renovating my entire house here in Australia and need a complete set of drawings that translate my vision into clear, build-ready documentation. The project covers every room—living areas, all bedrooms, the kitchen, laundry and even the outdoor zones—and everything will follow a clean, modern aesthetic. Here’s what I’ll be looking for from you: • Scaled floor plans, elevations and any sections needed to communicate the design changes for the whole house • Layouts that blend indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly while maintaining consistency in the modern style • Drawings detailed enough for local trades to quote and work from, with Australian building standards and typical council expectations kept in mind • A digital package (PDF and editable CAD/Revit/Archicad files) so my builder and I can mark up if needed If you’ve produced full-house renovation sets for Australian properties before, especially in a modern style, that experience will be a huge plus.
