Our architectural and design firm is seeking experienced Chief Architect operators who can transform customer inputs into custom home designs. Responsibilities: • Create detailed 3D models and high-quality 3D renderings. • Develop comprehensive construction plans. • Handle projects ranging from 1 to 2 Project Units (1 PU = 3500 sq. ft. – hence, 3500-7000 sq. ft. per job) with budgets approximately between $1750 and $7000 per project. • Achieve a monthly target of converting 3 PUs, translating to a potential monthly earning of $5250 to $10500. • Work within standard project timelines of 4-6 weeks per project, with the possibility of managing multiple projects concurrently. • Adhere to our contractual requirements; selected freelancers must sign an NDA and IP agreement to protect our designs. Ideal Candidate: An experienced professional in Chief Architect operations with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, deliver work within tight deadlines, and maintain high design quality. Familiarity with custom home design and construction procedures is essential. Budget: Projects are fixed-price based on the square footage delivered, with the maximum budget set at $7000 per project. Exact payments will depend on project complexity and operator expertise.
