I am looking for a 3D artist to create realistic or semi-realistic 3D models of marine engineers wearing boiler suits (preferably orange). The models should be in T-pose for easy rigging and animation. Requirements: ✅ Base Model: One realistic/semi-realistic male marine engineer in an orange boiler suit. ✅ Minor Variations: The body build remains the same, but I need variations in: Facial Hair: Mustache, beard, clean-shaven Hair Style: Short hair, bald, slightly curly, etc. Accessories: Glasses, safety helmet, ear protection, etc. ✅ Format: FBX (must be compatible with Unity 3D). ✅ Quality: Game-ready models with clean topology and optimized textures. ✅ Textures: PBR materials for a realistic or semi-realistic look. Additional Details: ? The goal is to have a character customization-like system, where I can swap small details to create multiple unique-looking engineers. ?
