I'm seeking a skilled mechanical design engineer to create a steel cradle specifically for supporting heavy machinery. The cradle must be capable of supporting a specific weight of 50 kg in an environment of continuous vibration. Key Requirements: - Robust design to withstand continuous vibration - Ability to support a specified weight of 50 kg - Use of durable steel materials - Compliance with safety and industry standards To support a retrofit unit for heavy transport, mining and heavy industry applications. Will be similar to a jerry can holder but custom designed to suit our units (2) and water tanks of 20 and 40 litre capacity. The cradles will need to enable removal of the unit infrequently for servicing but the unit will be locked into the cradle during normal use. An enclosure is not suitable as visibility of led lights on the front panel and air circulation around the unit is required.
