End-to-End Residential Interior Design

This is onsite project. I’m renovating my home and want an interior designer who can take full ownership of the project from the first sketch to the final hand-over. The scope is strictly residential and covers the living room, bedroom, balconies and the connecting passages. I lean toward an eclectic look—something that mixes vintage finds with contemporary comfort—so the design approach should balance character and practicality. Here’s what I expect along the way: • Concept phase: mood boards, colour palettes and 3D visuals that clearly convey the eclectic direction. • Detailed documentation: full sets of AutoCAD/Revit drawings—plans, elevations, joinery details, electrical and plumbing layouts—plus a complete material and fixture schedule. • Procurement support: short-listing suppliers, preparing the BOQ and advising on value-engineering when needed. • Site involvement: regular visits, contractor coordination, progress reports and snag-list management to be sure execution mirrors the approved drawings. • Project management: timeline and budget tracking, milestone reviews and a styled photo-ready finish. All design decisions, drawings and site instructions should funnel through you so I have a single point of responsibility from concept to completion. If you can commit to that level of involvement and have the tools—AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar—for quick turnarounds and clear communication, I’d like to hear how you’d tackle the project and your typical workflow.
