Game Development experience to build GTA FiveM Server PC

Job Description:

I have a project for my current full-function Fiverm GTA5 PC server that need to modify such as Mlo, and props to bring it more realistic and closer to my city. Tennessee will be the center of this mod, since the players will be Hip Hop street gangs. I also plan to recreate the Tennessee map completely, and I started obviously from the center of Compton, reason why I’m looking for people able to use CodeWalker and 3DS Max like me.
