Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to create a 3D design/model for a commercial(Basement, Ground, First) cum residential(Second Floor) building with an area of around 141.20 square meters. Attached is the map that you can refer to get existing plot dimensions. Payment will only be made if we like and select the design/model.
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise and creativity. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a detailed 3D design/model for the building's foundations, retaining walls, structural framing, drainage systems, and utilities. You will ensure that the design/model meets all relevant safety, environmental, and building regulations and standards.
Create and share high level 3D design using AutoCAD as per given dimensions in your proposal. Consider a basement, ground and first floor will be commercial and second floor will be used for residential purpose. Keep entrance of both. Commercial and residential separate.
