Make a Technical Video

I need someone to make a technical video for me. It would be a technical drawing (like CAD/solidworks kind of like this [login to view URL]), with movement. This person needs to be able to incorporate real video footage or photo images to fade-in to the technical video and vice versa. The video will need to zoom into various parts of the diagram. Potentially also explode various parts.
The technical video will be very short (approx. 20 seconds). Graphic design is necessary. Final video should be viewable on platforms like youtube and other social media. Best if there is engineering background to understand concepts. This is the first of at least 3 such videos to be made so there is on-going work thereafter if project goes well. Freelancer may have to source the footage/stock photos (max. 3) for the project too. Send link of similar work in your proposal to be considered. This should be the first line of your proposal so that I know you have read the Project Details. Thank you.
