I'm seeking a designer to conceptualize a modern multi-townhouse scheme on a stunning beachfront property in Jamaica, West Indies. The design must comply with both residential and commercial building codes. Key deliverables include detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and virtual tour illustrations of potential designs. I am open to the creativity of the Architect/Designer's vision. Key Features: - The townhouses should incorporate modern architectural elements. (Miami Beach Vibes) - Each unit must include a rooftop terrace and an infinity pool. - Each unit must have (3) bedrooms, Master bedroom w/ private bathroom to include shower and jacuzzi tub, kitchen/dining open concept design, recreation area with pool table and bar, Living area, (2) common area full bathrooms with shower. - The design should cater to residential living while considering guest entertainment features Ideal Skills: - Deep familiarity with modern architectural design. - Extensive knowledge of residential and commercial building codes. - Proficient in creating detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and virtual tour illustrations. Experience: - Proven track record in designing mixed-use townhouse schemes. - Previous work on beachfront properties would be a distinct advantage. - Experience with incorporating luxury amenities into designs.
