Modern Residential Facade & 3D Model

I'm seeking a talented Facade Designer to conceptualize a modern architectural facade for a residential building and create a detailed 3D model with realistic materials and textures. Scope of Work: • Design a contemporary and striking facade in line with modern aesthetics and our specific project requirements. • Model the facade in 3D using SketchUp, Revit, or comparable software. • Utilize realistic materials, textures, and lighting in the model to enhance its visual appeal. • Provide both the 3D model and high-quality rendered views for presentation purposes. Requirements: • Demonstrated expertise in facade design, architecture, and 3D modeling. • High proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, or similar 3D software. • Substantial experience in material selection, detailing, and visualization. • Ability to deliver this project within a timeframe of 5-7 days. Ideal Skills: • Strong understanding of modern design principles. • Ability to work with our preferred materials of brick and stone. • Experience in designing for the residential sector. • Excellent time management and project delivery skills.
