With my fabrics, trimmings, and detailed tech pack already prepared, the next phase is full garment development and small-batch production of one style, which is a women’s petite suit. The style must be translated into a precise pattern, graded specifically for petite sizing, and then taken through cut-and-sew to finished garments. Here is what the work will cover: • Draft a production-ready pattern, using industry software such as Gerber AccuMark, Optitex, or CLO 3D (your preferred platform is fine as long as the output is compatible with standard factory formats). • Grade pattern into the complete petite size range, maintaining correct proportions and fit consistency. • Create sewn sample for approval, adjust where needed, and then move straight into a small manufacturing run with clean finishing, correct trims, and pressing. • Package and ship the finished garments back to me, clearly labeled by size. Acceptance criteria: digital pattern files (DXF or equivalent) plus PDFs, a graded size chart, one approved pre-production sample, and the final production run delivered on the agreed timeline. Note, I have a sample that is unfinished and needs tweaking. If preferred, this sample can be finished or a new sample can be started from scratch. All fabrics, linings, and notions are on hand and can be shipped to you immediately. I’ll supply the tech pack in advance so you can confirm any last measurements or construction details before starting. The total items created for the project are expected to be approximately 24 (including sample), with the following approximate breakdown: Size Number of Suits SAMPLE (10 P) 1 0P 2 2P 3 4P 3 6P 3 8P 3 10P 3 12P 2 14P 2 16P 2 This is a small job for a market test and more work is expected to follow.

Dear Client, I read your project for petite women's suit production with great interest. Having your tech pack, fabrics, and trimmings prepared is an excellent starting point, and I appreciate the clarity of your requirements. As a Lead Architect & Structural Engineer with over 30 years of licensed experience, I bring a unique perspective to fashion design. My career is built on precision, an expert understanding of proportions, and creating structures that fit flawlessly—principles that translate directly to crafting a perfectly graded petite suit pattern. I am proficient in industry-standard CAD/CAM software and have extensive experience in pattern making, 3D modeling, and full garment development. My approach would be to first meticulously analyze your tech pack and unfinished sample. From there, I will draft the production-ready pattern, ensuring the petite proportions are anatomically correct. I will then grade the pattern across your full size range, maintaining fit integrity, before proceeding to sew the approval sample. Once approved, I will manage the entire small-batch cut-and-sew production in-house, including finishing, pressing, and labeled packaging for shipment back to you. I am confident I can deliver the precise digital patterns, a perfectly fitted sample, and a high-quality finished batch that meets your market test goals. I am ready to begin as soon as your materials arrive. I look forward to discussing this project further. Best regards, Shawn

Hello, I can support the complete development of your women’s petite suit, from the existing tech pack and unfinished sample through pattern development, petite grading, fit approval, and the approximately 24-piece market-test production run. I would begin by reviewing the tech pack and current sample to determine whether refining the existing sample or rebuilding it will produce the cleaner result. The production pattern will be developed with particular attention to petite proportions, balance, jacket/trouser fit, seam alignment, ease, lining, interfacing, closures, and finishing details. The workflow will cover production-ready digital patterns, grading from 0P–16P, graded size chart, DXF/PDF output, sample construction, fit corrections, and pre-production approval before proceeding with the final cut-and-sew run. For production, I’ll follow the approved specifications for fabric, lining and trims, with consistent construction, clean finishing, pressing, final inspection, and garments individually identified by size for shipment. Your proposed quantity is well suited to a controlled first run, and the patterns and specifications can be organized so subsequent production is straightforward if the market test leads to larger orders.
