2 Photorealistic Visualisation - family house exterior

Hello,
The task is to create 2 photorealistic visualisations of exterior new expansion of the family house. Model is already modeled in sketchup (I will send you the file). What is needed to be done:
- update better looking sofa,chairs, armchair, update lights
- use better real textures (i will provide you examples)
- picture "vizu1" environment : summer time / sunshine / afternoor or noon
- picture "2" environment : late summer afternoon / evening (lights in the garden and from the interior visible through the small window next to the door)
timetable is:
1) prepare scene, confirm the angle of the views (check the uploaded jpg files)
2) render a preview in low quality - after that we will ask for little changes (lights, colours or some texture if needed)
3) render second preview - we will confirm if every update is allright or need to apdate some details
4) render the visualisation in print quality (A3 paper), little postproduction in photoshop if needed...
5) and work is done :-)
