3D temple model project

I am with a non profit organization called the Mission of Maitreya, Eternal Divine Path. Its mission is to unify all the religions of the world and bring world peace.

We are looking for someone who can build a temple in the shape of the Greatest sign (the symbol we use; it will be in the attachment). The temple is about 42x42. More information will be given in the link below. We would also like a VR service done that allows us to explore the temple and a rendering of the temple. We, however, do not have a CAD, etc. This project is being started completely from scratch. I also have a video but the attachment is too large so i would have to send that through email.
