Project Description: I am seeking a highly experienced jewelry designer to refine and finalize the design of an elaborate, custom neckpiece. This piece is being commissioned to coordinate with a pair of ethnic Indian earrings. The Vision: While the earrings are traditional, the necklace must be "Contemporary Ethnic"—a modern, wearable interpretation of traditional heritage. The piece will be executed in 18k gold featuring a mix of precious and semi-precious stones. I have already developed a comprehensive vision, including hand-drawn sketches and specific technical measurements; I now require an expert to translate these into a professional, production-ready reality. Scope of Work: - Phase 1: Finalise specifications in a detailed 2D color drawing (orthographic views). This may require multiple reworking based on aesthetic preferences and designer capability to deliver the vision. - Phase 2: Create a high-quality 3D render for final visual approval. - Phase 3: Provide comprehensive production drawings, including precise technical measurements and detailed make & assembly instructions for the manufacturer. Technical Requirements: - Gemology & Cost Control: A deep working knowledge of gemstones and effective cost-control techniques is critical to balance aesthetic goals with budget efficiency. - Manufacturing Expertise: Proven experience in Polki/Kundan construction and Indian stone-setting techniques is preferred. - Professional Autonomy: I am looking for a senior-level designer who can work efficiently with minimal "spoon-feeding" and deliver high-quality technical output independently.
