I’m creating 2 small teddy-bear charms and 1 small dog charm that will ultimately be cast in metal, and I need a clean, watertight 3D model that’s ready for printing. You’ll receive my reference photos at the outset; they show the pose, proportion, and the subtle “cuddly” feel I’d like to capture. The job is to translate those references into an optimized, high-detail mesh, paying special attention to: • Surface smoothness and edge definition so the final metal casting keeps its soft-toy look without losing crisp details. • Proper wall thickness, overhang angles, and a concealed attachment loop/eyelet that prints reliably in common metal printing processes (SLA, DMLS, lost-wax casting from a printed master). • A hollowed interior where feasible to save material cost while preserving strength. Deliverables 1. Final, watertight 3D file in STL and OBJ (plus the original source file from your preferred software such as Blender, ZBrush, or Fusion 360). 2. A quick render set (at least front, side, isometric) so I can visualize the final form before printing. 3. Confirmation notes on dimensions, wall thickness, and any print-orientation guidance you’d recommend for metal. Once the model passes an online print check (e.g., Shapeways or Materialise) and looks good in preview, the project is complete. If tweaks are needed to meet those checks, they’re included in scope.
