I think we should. 1) Use metal threaded inserts in all printed parts to prevent wear and keep torque repeatable. 2) Add dowel pins and micro‑shims to square the standards and hold film plane to lens plane within ±0.05 mm. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I review your drawings and measurements, confirm standards, set tolerances, and pick processes by part. 2) I create parametric CAD, design light traps and bellows frames, and choose materials/fasteners you can easily source. 3) I generate print profiles and CAM, build a pilot set, then measure parallelism and run a light‑leak test; I adjust if needed. 4) I deliver the assembled prototype plus CAD/CAM, BOM, and a simple setup/maintenance guide for future runs.
