I need a high-precision custom insert for a YETI LoadOut GoBox 1 Gear Case. This is a functional medical organizer for vials and syringes. Hard Constraints: Exterior Footprint: Exactly 188.8 mm × 97.8 mm. Height: 25 mm. Tolerance: Please apply a 1.5 mm offset (clearance) on the outer dimensions so it slides easily in/out of the YETI case. Corner Radius: Mandatory 5 mm radius on the 4 main exterior corners to match the YETI’s internal geometry. Internal Layout (As per reference image): 16 Vial Slots: Two rows of eight (2x8). Diameter: 25 mm each. Utility Tray: A large rectangular open area (approx. 45mm x 80mm) for multiple syringes and alcohol prep pads. Rear Slot: A thin, full-width slot (approx. 10mm wide) at the back for paperwork or flat items. Manufacturing Specs: Designed for PETG FDM printing. Clean, smooth surfaces for easy sterilization. Solid wall thicknesses (min 2mm). Deliverables: Print-ready STL. Editable STEP file.
