I need photorealistic 3D visuals that present a commercial project to clients and contractors. The focus is purely architectural and interior design, covering both open-plan office spaces and adjacent retail areas. Floor plans, mood boards, and reference photos will be ready for you on day one. From those, I’m expecting high-resolution renders that accurately convey materials, lighting, and overall spatial flow. If you prefer working in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar, that’s fine as long as the final images look consistent across viewpoints and are delivered in print-ready and web-friendly formats.
