introducing a coordinated set of classical stucco elements to better articulate and structure the front facade. As an initial step, it would make sense to introduce a raking cornice to each of the two gables in order to clearly define their geometry and provide a proper architectural termination. In addition, I would suggest aligning the treatment of the remaining windows with the window below the balcony, using it as a reference for a consistent window surround strategy across the façade. The goal is to establish a coherent architectural framework, allowing for the targeted placement of one or two solitary decorative elements (e.g. medallions or relief panels) as subtle focal points without overloading the composition.
