I’m confident to handle this really well. i would like to know the below. - What source files will you provide (DWG/Revit/SketchUp) and do you have a fixed material/furniture style guide for each typology? - What final specs do you need for the 8 renders (resolution, format, white-background or contextual shadows, logo/watermark)? I think we should. - Lock finishes and key furniture early via a quick material board to avoid rework and keep all types visually consistent. - Build mirrored units as instanced geometry; that keeps lighting/material updates synced and speeds up revisions. Lets follow a plan like this. - I gather plans, sections, RCPs, and refs; confirm Type A–D mapping to Dep 1–7. - I model clean shells and furniture in real‑world scale; set a unified lighting/camera rig. - I send gray previews for each top and dollhouse view; you mark up changes. - I apply materials, fine‑tune lighting, render high‑res, and deliver organized files. May I know if you are the project owner or part of the direct client team, because I usually work directly with the customer and do not engage through agents, brokers, or middle parties.
