I need a complete Siemens NX CAM solution for a batch of steel parts that must be machined with true 4-axis rotary milling. The components don’t fall into the usual “simple” or “complex 3D” categories—they’re unique, so you’ll have to evaluate each file and decide how best to fixture, index, and rotate it. Here’s what the finished package should include: • An NX part file containing fully verified 4-axis rotary toolpaths • Post-processed NC code ready for a Fanuc-style controller (or another post of your choice, as long as you tell me up front) • Setup sheets with tool list, feeds, speeds, and rotary positions • Machine simulation inside NX proving the operation is collision-free Technical context: – Platform: Siemens NX (version 1926 or later preferred) – Operation type: rotary milling only—no index moves or continuous 5-axis cuts – Material: steel, so please account for appropriate cutting data and tool selection Please send the first programmed part within three days so I can run a dry test; once it passes, we’ll proceed with the remaining parts. Payment is released immediately after the program proves safe on the machine.
