Creating a mobile marketplace app using IONIC

We have an app which is similar to (OfferUp app) was designed using Swift and in one language (English). Therefore, We are looking for transferring/creating mobile apps (Android and iOS Mobile) using Ionic in two languages (Arabic and English) The following tasks are required: 1. Graphic design 2. Web APIs 3. Mobile App development 4. Admin panel Technically, we need mobile apps similar to (OfferUp app) using Ionic (you are free to use the backend development, but we prefer Python), exactly the same features and functions of (OfferUp app) but you have to modify structure and create new design and color to avoid the copyrights (You can customize features and user-interface to be more attractive than OfferUp app). Technical Requirements: ------------------------------- -Android and iOS Mobile -Using Ionic’s Latest version (v3) -Social sign up and sign in -User location tracking -Quick product upload from camera -Internal chat for sellers and buyers -Limited duplication of application code and well documented code -Well defined Style Guide for the structure of the Application such as: -Abstraction of all Application concepts and entities into services or classes -Data Side: MongoDB. -Color: Regarding the color of app, I prefer the light one something similar to “Trove” app as follows (but avoid the blue one): [url removed, login to view] - A user can choose and change between two languages: Arabic and English. Arabic is the default one. The remaining features will be attached after we have an initial agreement.
