Need just a link on bottom of page to show "current openings"

New page will be a continuation of the existing page layout with a form:

I need a new subpage created with a form on it for people to use to apply for a job with my company.

This page will need a link to it added to the front page - Doesn't have to be anything special just link added to the bottom of the page will be fine.

I leave it up to you but I need it to be easy to understand and use also the form should generate a clear one page email to me with the questions and their answers.

This form should also have the catcha on it to avoid nonsense.

We have various positions opening from time to time so please read some information about our company below and the position before filling out the application.

If chosen you will be hired on a probationary period of 90 days at $8.50 after 30 calendar days you may be reviewed for a raise and can be hired as an at will employee. Amount of work hours can vary per week and this will most likely not result in a full time position.

Cleaning Position:

- May Require use of backpack back vacuum weighing 12 pounds

- Background check with Meghan's Law check and ongoing drug tests will be required

Sometimes you will be working alone or with others depending on the size of the cleaning job.

We are off most holidays( the actual day – not the eve's) We rarely if ever cancel cleaning because of bad weather – If you are scheduled to work you must show up every time. Your other team members depend and rely on you – If you don't show up someone else must to make sure each account is serviced which is not fair to anyone.

The Office Pros pays higher than most cleaning companies in the area and give quick raises. We also hold our employees to higher standards. One no show/no call for work will be instant termination and lateness is not tolerated. We ask our employees to be pleasant and be able to interact with customers if they are present during cleaning.

Any theft or drug use will be prosecuted and result in immediate termination.

No one is perfect but you will be expected to complete the assigned job with great attention to detail but at the same time by speedy.

This is a physical job at times with running a vacuum cleaner, taking out trash( heavy sometimes), a lot of bending, wiping, and reaching so again this is not a good fit for everyone.

Currently employees are paid biweekly and your pay is calculated by the job which means if the job is supposed to take 2 hours that is what you will be paid whether it takes you 1 hour or 2.5 hours. Most of the time this works out in our cleaners favor allowing you to be fast and get paid for an extra hour if you finish early.

Our motto is”we don't cut corners – WE CLEAN THEM!” and that is really what is expected.

Work clothes are provided by the employee and must be presentable – no vulgar statements or inappropriate lengths/cuts. Typically our cleaners where a t-shirt and jeans or jogging pants also shorts are allowed in the summer.
