I am very humbled to be applying for this job. I have a Degree in Business Administration and have recently been working with Safaricom Customer Care department. I am computer literate and hence well versed with computer packages like ms dos, ms excel, ms powerpoint, ms word and all these would come in handy for me to excel at my job.
I have great phone etiquette/call handling skills,I have very good typing skills, am a good email handler and thus can always communicate back and forth with clients professionally, am also a good time manager, very patient, fluent, eloquent and well versed with the English language, both verbal and written, am very patient hence would give clients/customers all the time and help they would require.
Given my work experience acquired and flawless delivery, I strongly believe I have a lot more to offer to your company and that I am the best man for the job right now.
