We are human so we have to work to live and let live. We work at various places like national or international companies or govt offices. We need to get very punctual. We eat- we drink- we work- we sleep all is happened but the most important thing of us i.e being fit without being sick is just forgotten like our another normal days. People just understand fitness only by going to gym. But if someone wants to get fit he or she will obviously be so and there is no need to hit the gym.

Now, the question is 'how'..well, we all know walking is a very good exercise and we can easily involve in this. So just do it or try it from today and not from tomorrow. We also know consuming right foods plays a big role of getting fit. We all know what the right foods are. Veggies, fruits, whole grains are the best. We should avoid junk foods. But we are very fond of eating junkies in spite of knowing that fact. Actually, we love those foods which increase our weight as well as diseases. In this case, how to avoid this food..how to get over bad habit??

No bad habit can be left without getting a good inspiration so, we have to get motivated everything. We don't have to go to gym but we should involve in social work and in holidays, we should give attention in physical activities like house cleaning, gardening etc. If someone doesn't like these activities he/she can do something different like dancing in the room or practicing some yoga. Don't get lazy or bored. Always, body should be moved. Walking, running, cooking, gardening,cleaning these are all some types of exercises.

Some useful tips like drink one glass of water in the morning in an empty stomach, drink more water and a perfect good night sleep for eight hours help to reach fitness goals.
