Modify pfflowd

The original pfflowd can be found here: [login to view URL] I need two changes made to pfflowd: 1) Add support for exporting in netflow v9 format as described here: [login to view URL] 2) if_index_in and if_index_out must be correctly populated in all netflow export routines. I would think that running a SNMP query on localhost could allow you to capture the information needed to make this work. Some netflow collectors need these two fields to be correctly populated, otherwise they will discard the packets (i.e. Solarwinds Orion NPM with the NTA add-on module).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2)Once verified working, source code changes will be returned to the open source community.
