find smart Bracelet/wristband & custom software

Please read everything before responding. Item1. Build us a proof of concept for custom software development for a smart bracelet or wristband. Also, help us find some good smart programmable bracelet hardware (min 4 examples), something like below (The below example is not an ideal example).. [login to view URL] The sample hardware should be IP65 rated for outside use, preferably support real-time clock, & be available from a source that will ensure supply for several years. Using TI chipsets from CC2650 family will be preferred. We shall let you know the HW that we shall like you to use from the list you shall provide or some alternates. The reporting & commanding of this bracelet will be done via the Bluetooth LE to/from an app running on a Windows 10 device. The Windows app will be built using VB.NET preferably. If you need to use any development tools, provide them to us, for continuing development work by us on the POC. The development should be done on a PC in MS Windows. The POC shall as a minimum perform bidirectional data transfers of 2 of each : Booleans, integers, floats, strings, clock. The app shall also show how to manipulate some of the features of the bracelet. The app shall also expose the battery status & any other bracelet HW diagnostics. If the clock on bracelet is off by more than a minute, check & synch it at the time of pairing. Item 2. Help find a couple of gateways for these BLE devices to Wi-Fi. This should be low power & voltage & be rated for IP65 & outside use. A plastic container box may also be used for this gateway for protection from sun, rain etc. The gateway should be programmable & provide diagnostics info to the Wi-fi side server app. The software on the server side will also be built by you as an example to poll the data from the remote BLE devices. When a bracelet is paired with a local Win 10 app, the gateway polling to that device only, will be interrupted. This will resume when the other pairing will be stopped. We shall select the gateway from the list provided by you & be bought & loaned/delivered to you for development. (Unless you do not need it.) An example (may not be the ideal) is given below... You have to provide training to us for at least 8 hours to explain the coding topology etc of the project . The budget is flexible. Complete source code with detailed documentation for this project, need to be submitted on daily basis. The code & all deliverable will become our property. We expect a week time of delivery from you after the award. Provide us with rough milestones tied to payments. no upfront. Delays will cause problems for our project.
