Administrative Assistant / Office Manager needed to work for CPA Firm . In this position you will be responsible for handling a wide range of duties.
• Prior CPA firm experience a huge plus
• QuickBooks experience a huge plus
• Handles incoming calls and greets visitors to our office
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS and couriers
• Managing the file room
• Managing office supplies
• Managing our data base of contacts
• Preparation of basic correspondence for example - engagement letters
• The opportunity to cross train and learn the job of the office manager
