Flash website using existing template

Hello to you all,
I wish to setup a ‘web services’ website using an existing templatemonster template.
The template has been purchased, and the index (and subsequent pages) can be viewed at:

I do not wish to make any design changes to the template.
My requirements though, are:
1. Rename the 5 buttons/links on the Flash side
2. Paste text content on corresponding pages (content to be provided)
3. Include a domain-name search facility
4. Link up pages throughout site and various external sites
5. Include a Job Quotation Form
- The site will have around 14 pages.
- The look and overall feel of the site will be consistent with the existing template.
- The winning bid will receive:
i. ZIP file with all the files used by the template
ii. Word document with all the text content for every single page
I am looking for a web expert experienced with html (obviously), Flash, and an eye for attention to detail. I do not understand php and so I don’t wish the site to include this at all.
I wish to do business with professional individuals/businesses who understand the needs of their customers/clients. I have plenty of other projects that I would like to get up and running, and so I am after someone with whom I can build a long lasting and fair business relationship.
Payment method I prefer with this project is 50/50.
- 50% when project is up and running on your server as per my specifications,
- 50% when project is uploaded onto my server
