flash animation existing graphic

Hoping for a quick, low cost flash animation- not sure if thats possible!
I uploaded the graphic. I'd like to see the books on either end sort of "pile up" and maybe have a sound associated with the stacking. sound not required though.
then the lines of text- I think it'd look good to have them sort of fly in or drop in somehow, one at a time, starting with the top line until all the lines of text are back on the graphic... and then once its all back together again, maybe an overall "shimmering" effect of some kind.
Nothing overboard here- just want something a bit more than a flat, boring graphic in quick time. thanks for looking.
