We are currently looking to redesign our website all front end designs will be done in house but will need building, also a look of admin functions that needs doing as well.

issues that need to be addressed:

Use all header tags H1 to H6; currently only using H3.

The style sheet for mobile is running off the page and needs to be corrected for both google android and iPhone.

Mobile application needs a detail site map to assist search engine in creating a clear path to the product.

Allow products to be displayed in both tile or landscape within the categories page.

Add Google analytics on each page and checkout basket.

Include Google Shopping feed plug in.

Investigate option of a plug in that is integrated into open cart but includes a push to eBay or amazon within the product page. In addition to more control, it’s a big time saver as it feeds the information over to the other platforms.

Allow login direct from Facebook, Google Hangout or Google +, Twitter etc.

Add Apple Pay and Google Pay to the checkout page along with current credit card payment gateway.

Add Mail Chimp for direct marketing that will allow customers the option to be added to the database for direct marketing flyers.

CVS files this can be uploaded just containing price, quantity and SKU for updating on a daily, weekly, monthly or when suppliers send out a price update.

Additional items:

Create a Blog pages that is includes into the website

Direct push to phone feature - allows the customer the touch option to automatically dial the number on their mobile device.

Abandoned checkout so a customer can receive an email within the next 24 hours with a money off voucher or just a reminded left items in basket.

Look at dual landing pages to individualize the Europe and USA branding on home pages

Look at introducing a product filter within section to provide click down menu that adds additional search and filter options without leaving the categories page.

Showing a path for the customer this can be reset going back to the Categories (this allows them just to click back from within the screen as shown below)
