I have been interested in programming since 2006. My experiences are about desktop, mobile and web. But I have more experienced about in web compared to others. In 2008, I was very impressed from the Kaizen Philosophy which I heard from a entrepreneur teacher at the university. Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) in Japanese Kai (means): Change, Zen (means): Good. These two words formed by the merger of Kaizen means continuous improvement involving everyone. We live in a world that we can never say "I am good enough!" . Hence, I belive that we need to improve search and development and also our personal development
