For a given radius R, determine the area of the square. Generate N point centroidal Voronoi tessellation (CVT) in the square. In each of Voronoi cells generate uniform random number of users (M) such that the number of users fall within each cell and also generate non-uniform numbers of users such that the users fall within the cell. Example of the non-uniform distribution is shown in the attached paper.
Note N and M are variable numbers
The code should be able to allow for calculation of the distance from the centroid of surrounding cells to a particular cell. Example let say there are 10 cells, when I select cell 1, it should be able to calculate the distance of all the distance of the centroid from other cells
Also it should be able to calculate the distance of all the users from the surrounding cells to the centroid of cell 1.
The code should be broken down into functions example functions to generate the CVT, functions to calculate the distance of the centroid, functions to compute the distance of the UT to the respective base stations
