Write an Android application

We need to do UI design for mobile apps. Its more like creativity and follow workflow. Here is the details- 1) Brand/Apps name : srrent 2) Reference Apps as sample: SpeedRent ( search in Play Store, pretend as user to understand workflow and you might screenshot and get the ideas, follow similar steps and workflow 3) Logo /icons: you can use any better Home Icon together with SGrent word, there will be some icons where you can use blue colors if needed 4) Color: orange white/some place you can use blue if needed 5) About Apps: This is property rental apps like renting houses and rooms- Just imagine that you want to rent a house by using online Apps then how you going to proceed,Search,Recommendation,Nearest location ,by Map, Filter 6) There are 2 type of roles here i) Tenant ( he will search/find house for rent) ii) Agents ( who will act is Owner who provides property homes for rent to tenants)- you will know if you will get register in SpeedRent apps and find out more features 7) There will be others features like Messaging/chat/Appointments/Setting 8) Currency : S$ and Location names: get it from Google any Singapore Areas name as this is dummy only Please come out with simple and sharp font, quality UI design similar concept as Reference apps. See if you can show something in 2-3days as it should be easier maybe around 20screens view design.
