Code review / walkthrough / performance fine tuning for a logistic application

Job Description:
Hi all,
I would need help to fine tune my app. I'm developing an app (logistic management system) using Struts, Spring and Hibernate and the front end is using jquery, bootstrap v3 on responsive template.
The app is still under development stage and I just need help to review the code and provide the best way / practice overall. I probably need a few hours here and there.

First task:
If you have a look at the JSP file, I'm using session to retrieve data from database. It is a pretty much like a hack. I was trying to test if the concept is working. I want to add route but it will mess up with everything on the map.
From LINE469, the data are coming from session. Can you help me to tidy up with that?
Second task:
Are you familiar with Bootstrap 3? It will show ...(Please refer to the screenshot attached.)
I want to use tabs so that I can get the full length of the map and the tables
but somehow, the map doesn't work well with Bootstrap
