USPS Zone Based Shipping Calculator

I need an ASP page written that will figure out cost of shipping for USPS Priority Mail. This will be based on a fixed zip code (the origin) and the zip code of the customer. All the rates and information are availible on the USPS website, it's just a matter of pulling the data together and processing it. For more information about the rates and how the zone pricing works, please visit the United States Postal Service Website. --Revision-- In response to several inquiries about the USPS database, I don't find that this is nessacary nor availible. There are several 'tools' on the site that determine the zone from the origin. Each zone is a different price and all my products will be based on a flat rate of Weight. IE: I intend to use the 2 Lb Rate for ALL products. All you need to do is determine what Zone the package is going to based on a fixed zip code of origin and the destination zip code which is input by the customer - the rate for a 2lb package is what I intend to charge PER item. --2nd Revision-- I have retrieved the zone and rate information needed to complete this project as well as included a small functional write-up.
