Genealogy program For Animals

Write a program similar to or modify [login to view URL] for goats. Program needs to be adjustable to PHP Nuke. Need it to have the availability for public to browse and see information but not add to it unless they log in. Then information must be approved by administration before it is sent to data base. Public should be able to see information and pedigree’s on line but not print information unless they are logged in. Form should include the following information… Name Reg. No. Sire Dam Color Pedigree 4 or 5 generations Notes Show record Offspring Pictures (Would be nice if it would adjust pictures and upload them for approval) Password protected and people can join for free. Would be nice if the program could retrieve lost passwords and let the admin add members or delete them Would be nice if it could add additional databases for other breeds of goats from admin. Members could choose data base to add to. Public needs to be able to search many different aspects like name, Reg No. Sire Dam, ETC. Need it installed to site and to match color scheme Would be nice if it would have an email option so people could be automatically notified when animals they choose are updated or when database is updated. Would like someone that would be around for me to pay for any changes or additional changes to program as time goes by. Or to help with any problems inquired.
