HTML 5 video player

Greetings

I’m looking for a simple html5 video player (ipad/iphone compatible) to use before another player

What I need the ads video player for a small site; I use some free HTML5 video players found in the web. But I need a specific video player for the ads with the following specs:

- I want to be able for the user to turn down the volume or mute (but not pause or stop)

- Having 2 config:

1. For videos smaller than 15 seconds, play it completely;

2. For videos longer than 15 seconds, have a small skip button in the bottom right corner, but locked… and after 15 seconds, unlock it (it would be great if it would have a small countdown legend saying: “Skip it in XX secs.”)

- The complete video player would be a link to the videos advertising, except for the footer (or heather) with a small legend saying: “Your video will start in XX sec., pressing on the advertising won’t stop you video loading”

- Once the video is finish playing, the load a new URL (I plan using iframes, so links on the video must be with target “_blank”)

And if It can be set up in the site like so, it would be great:

Explanation:

'video' – The URL were the ads video is

'url' – Were to go if someone clicks on the video

'afterfinish' – URL to load after the video finish playing

'abletoskiptafter' – If set to 0, not able to skip, anything else, the time it will take for the skip button to unlock

By the way, my site is in spanish, so i would provide the text or if in the config you can set the lenjuage, it would be great to

'lenguaje': 'en',
or
'lenguaje': 'es',

the default would be 'es';

And i forgot, default 'abletoskiptafter' would be '0' (zero, no skip)
