Outlook 2003 Add-in - just wanted to work on my customer machin(s)(repost)(repost)

I have finished an outlook 2003 add-in but my problem is it didn't work at my client pc so what I want is to tell me how to make it work on his pc(s). how you will do this? I don't know if it was very small issue on his pc's and you solve it or very big problem and you will need to write my add-in again in other way to solve it,I don't care. all what I car of is to guide me to solve this problem by making it works in his environment and with the same behavior and functionality just as it works with me, and get paid for my add-in. the deal is I win you win. attached is my add-in Please tell me the detailed steps to let my client test this add-in and get you the information which you need (describe exactly from where to get it) to address the problem. if you want him to run any path or fix send it to me. any solutions such as tell him to reinstall his system or tell him to write A:\>Format C: /s :) is not accepted at all. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
