Redesign and Add some Functions to my Image Hoster

Hello, Im looking for someone that can redesign my Site. I want the same Design like this Site: [login to view URL] jQuery, CSS and other Stuff is needed. Also needs to be grey and simple. I want also this footer from this Site: [login to view URL] With statistics how much images are uploaded and how much GB it is using. And the other Stuff. And if possible, to integrate the Usersystem like on this Site: [login to view URL] (you can see it on the menu) I have the Plugin for the Usersystem, but i dont get it to work!
