We have a few colleges for which I provide recruitment solutions. I want the following system:
1. I will be the super admin and create the college account. In this I specify the number of resumes they can upload, a admin user ID and password.
2. The college admin: He/she must be able to add/edit/delete resumes of their students. He must also be able to maintain a mailing list of companies. Send mass mailers to either companies or students. In addition, he should be able to post jobs in some common viewing area.
3. The student: Upload the resume, view and apply to jobs posted by their college admin.
4. Company: Come to the site (upon the invitation of a placement officer), search the resumes of that college alone, send letter to the placement officer about the resumes he would like more details about, schedule a visit.
