I would like to have the photograph of an old brick warehouse (attached) modified in photoshop to make a semi realistic rendering of what it would be like if the warehouse were converted to a modern art museum with an outdoor cafe. This image will be used to generate interest in this project among potential donors and partners.
I am not a photoshop guy myself, but did try it. I will attach that poor effort to help you get the general idea. (Or to use it as the base photo if you wish).
There is a fence that must be removed. There are also some old curved storage huts that must removed. They sit right next to a stream. I would like the outdoor cafe to somehow be indicated with an awning or a sign. Then people and tables should be added to the courtyard area. I attach files of paintings to be used for cutting out people and tables for populating the courtyard and next to the stream.
The red steel sculpture I show in the courtyard is a good one to convey the idea. Please use it.I stretched the original image to make it taller and less wide. There should also be some kind of brickwork or Belgian blocks on the walking surface of the courtyard. Also, landscaping with nice flowering bushes would be great.
The windows need to be made pretty. I tried to replicate a single pane and put into all the windows, but it ended up looking lifeless and unrealistic. Maybe the windows need some sort of frame to help define it?
The big door on the front of the building will be the museum entrance. This needs to be rendered as such. A beautiful modern glass entrance treatment with a sign above. The sign should say "Ossining Museum of Modern Art", and then in smaller font "Atterbury's Ale Microbrewery" and "Arts and Performance Workshop"
Over to the left is a streambed. It is hard to see. But we will be constructing a pedestrian walkway and bike path on the other side of it. (you can see where I put a bicycle rider). The streambed needs to show. Maybe some kids playing on the side of the stream if possible. Fencing and parked cars can be removed if necessary to open up the view.
So that is the project. It is asking a lot, but I don't want a perfect job since it is just conceptual now and we have little money. But it needs to be enticing. And could lead to bigger site design project.
Final delivery will include the photoshop psd files and any other source files.
Thank you, Gareth Hougham
