PDF Lecture Slides to be re-formatted

Hi,
I am a university lecturer. I have some slides in PDF that I previously used for lecturing. I would like these slides redrafted into Microsoft Powerpoint, and then re-formatted to our new format and layout.
I have attached an example of a PDF that I have copied into a PPT document. Then I simply need it reformatted and made to look professional.
It is very important this the PPT slides are made to look very professional; layout and accuracy will be key.
