Dear Sir/Madam I submitted my proposal for this project because I know that I have all necessary skills to complete it in time, with reasonable costs and to our both satisfaction! I am a professional 3D artist with more than 5 years of experience in the fields of architectural 3D modelling and photorealistic rendering, and product 3D modelling and snapshots. I am experienced in interior and exterior design and visualization, working with different types of spaces and sources. I can 3D design and render architectural objects from floor plans or even simple sketches with measurements drawn by hand. Usually people send me 2D CAD floor plans, or sketches, or photographs of new houses to be built or interiors and exteriors for renovation. I 3D model them in few stages including sending to you my partial work for approval. When everything is fine - I do texturing and final rendering and image post-processing (making image ready for publishing). In my work I use open source software, like Blender 3D for modelling (analogous of 3DS Max), rendering and composing, and GIMP (analogous of Photoshop) for rendered image post-processing.
