**This is at first some questions that I have that may lead to a possible hirement.

I am currently building a private ERP - CRM web-based software and I'm unhappy with the IT / Programmer I've selected. He decided to start from scratch and I'm starting to realize that perhaps going with a Open Source might've been preferable. I'm owner of a roofing company and doesn't have any knowledge with coding business. Is it possible to take an Open Source CRM (e.i: SugarCRM) and fully customize to my needs?

I'm basically basing on other CRM (Salesforce, Acculyxn (Speciality trade CRM) SugarCRM, Zoho etc.) to build mine. The reasons why I don't chose an already builted CRM is that I want to avoid the highly monthly fees which would add up quite fast if I have many users but also to set the software based on my needs.

We are a Roofing & Exteriors company so we need to create & send/print many documents (such as Proposals, Contracts, Change of Orders Product Orders, Work Orders, Invoices, Sale Receipts etc.) based on the information & measurement entered the current systems I'm currently using is a spreadsheet with some fields for the customer’s information, a materials list along with their unit prices from the suppliers I’m using, a box to enter the roof, siding, gutters measurement. I then upload this spreadsheet to a small software created on WordPress which almost autogenerate all the information needed on the documents so I can choose to either print on my customize stationary paper or saved them in PDF ready for being send by email and currently using free Zoho for all my CRM needs.

Here's roughly what I need on the software I wish you have:

-Messaging / Chatter | On main board & per leads/contacts/clients

-Office 365/Outlook 2016 integrations.

-Google Maps

-Multiple automation such as (Task creations, updating workflow/milestone, sending emails etc)

-Elavon Merchants services integration | For online payable invoices

-Custom Maps of leads/contacts/clients | Being able to sort it by: Job Status, Services Selected, Color Selected etc.
