Job Description:
I have a BigCommerce store that is soon to go live. Looking for freelancer to create our new site template based on an existing BigCommerce template

The BIG Commerce Template I am using needs to be altered to accommodate many things:
Template modification
Create Flash Screen ( You do not need create flash for me, but I need to be able to put the flash image up by myself)
Create Banner Area ( I have banner image )
Font, color changes, bigger header, Logo inserted, text etc on side menu.
Logo inserted
page edition
text
side menu relocation
custom footer creation
small changes in shopping cart
Many Small things
minor revisions afterward
Offer a minimum 30 days of support on the project. 20% of the fund will be release after 30days is up
**Code Requirements**
- Extremely clean markup (HTML/CSS/JS)
- All HTML code must be commented (in clear English) so the other programmers work with it
- Optimized for quick load time (whilst leaving the comments in code)
- 100% browser compatible with IE7+, Chrome, FireFox 3.6+ and Safari (on both Mac & Windows versions)
- Mobile friendly eg. format perfectly on iOS & Android devices
**Supplier Requirements**
- Extremely reliable and trustworthy
- Experience building a minimum of two BigCommerce or Interspire powered sites ( I need to see them )
- Ability to estimate project timelines accurately
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively by Messengers
- I will expect you to be reachable via SKYPE/e-mail.
