Easy but stylish Flash transition needed

I have a very simple jon to be done
basicaly only 4 best pictures will be chosen from this page [url removed, login to view] and words will be added to these pictures , the pictures will change every 5 seconds or so, if the words will not look good in the picture we need to add the blue bar under the picture and make that part of the flash, see [url removed, login to view] to see what I mean.

I need a clean NON BUSY look, the pictures need to be very sharp and not blurry,
This is an easy jobMUST be done by someone who is talented with FLASH , I also know flash so I do not just want someone who knows FLASH, rather I need someone who is very talented and does godo work, I also would prefer seeing previous flash work similiar to this. I have many otehr jobs for you, if i like your work.
