Powerpoint slideshow to be re-built in HTML

Existing powerpoint slideshow has been designed and needs to be built in HTML to look as close as possible to the original.
Specs:
57 slides
slides need to be as large as possible to fit on 800*600 screens
each slide needs a button each side of the content to act as a "next slide, previous slide" navigation
each slide has the same general template, with 6 main buttons accross the top. One button is a drop down menu with about 6-8 further choices. The button of the section you are currently in will be highlighted.
The whole slide needs to be centred on the screen
Each slide has a different image on it, and different content which might be text, more images or graphs. All exist in the PPS but may need resizing/extracting for HTML use.
The winning bidder will be required to make one fully working slide for our approval before continuing, and they may NOT contact the company for which the PPS is for.
