I need a seasoned FEA specialist (Ansys) to validate a set of custom-designed aluminum lifting frames built from 6082-T6. The work centres on three key analyses: • Static structural checks for deflection and stress under rated load • Dynamic / impact simulation for sudden pick-ups and trolley travel • Fatigue life estimation for the expected duty cycle Stability/Buckling Analysis All calculations must satisfy the relevant DIN and EN requirements for lifting equipment. I’ll supply detailed 3D geometry (STEP or native SolidWorks), load cases, and basic boundary information. You will refine the setup in ANSYS, Abaqus or SolidWorks Simulation, model realistic contact and support conditions, and evaluate bolted as well as welded joints. Your deliverable is a concise, traceable report that includes: assumptions, material data, mesh strategy, boundary conditions, validation checks, results plots, safety factors, and clear pass/fail conclusions. Native solver files should accompany the report so that I can reproduce the study internally. I strongly prefer someone who has already analysed cranes, spreader beams, or similar aluminum handling gear and can share a brief sample or case study.
