1500 word Report for Human Resource Information Systems

I have a HR Report due tomorrow lunch time Eastern Standard Time. If you cannot finish it in time, please do not bid!! I have put together the structure of the report and put in notes to some sections. It's not to be more than 1500 words. Should be really fast for someone who has knowledge in Human Resource Information Systems. Especially if they've worked with Chris21 before. I obviously have done the 2nd section and I have included all the screen shots for you The assignment is as follows..... CHRIS21 Report: Should consist of two parts: 1) CHRIS21 project report addressing all considerations outlined below. The report should not exceed 1500 words. The word count doesn’t include reference section and appendices 2) Tutorial Logbook – should be included in the appendix of your report. There is no word limit. However, the logbook should be well presented and appropriately labelled, providing evidence of completion of PC lab exercises and demonstrating learning. CHRIS21 Report Considerations: Assume that you are the HR Manager, Goldfinger Pty.Ltd. (organisation that tutorial exercises are based on) and you have been tasked with completing a CHRIS21 project report. You are required to provide an evaluation of the CHRIS21 system’s ability to meet current and future organisation needs. Goldfinger Pty. Ltd. currently employs around 1500 employees and has four main departments (finance, human resources, training and sales). Goldfinger is going through a high growth phase and needs to recruit about 500 employees in the next 12 months. It also needs to identify the performance and skill profiles of present employees for possible redundancies later. The central question you need to consider: IS THE DATA STRUCTURE OF THE CURRENT HRIS (CHRIS21) SUFFICIENT TO MEET GOLDFINGER’S NEEDS? What specific design modifications do you need to undertake (if any) to address the following operations of Goldfinger: • Recruitment and selection • Training and development • Career planning • Performance Review • Occupational Health and Safety Finally, you need to consider in what way HR technology could assist in addressing the above factors. Your report must include the following: 1) Identify the strength and weaknesses of current HRIS, in relation to meeting recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management of Goldfinger Pty. Ltd 2) Provide screen dumps of data obtained during your tutorial PC labs in your tutorial logbook (include in report appendices) 3) Refer to the screen dumps to illustrate the arguments that you have developed on point 1 4) Suggest any improvements/modifications that need to be made to the current HRIS to meet the future requirements and support your recommendations to Goldfinger’s senior management 5) Utilising material and your observations/learnings developed in tutorial PC lab exercises 1-6 in writing your report. The optional discussion and review questions (in the CHRIS 21 workbook) at the end of each exercise, will also help you consider and critically analyse the organisation’s needs and current HRIS system 6) The major focus of your report should be on the user functionality requirements and reporting facilities provided by CHRIS21
